~Rescheduling and Refund Policy ~
It is our goal at Chloe John Photography to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
Our clients are guaranteed a certain number of edited photos based upon their session package, typically 35 edited images or less.
Additional photos may be added at our photographers discretion, however they are not guaranteed.
In the case of photographers illness, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Chloe John Photography from shooting on the scheduled date, the client will get a second date or a full refund of their deposit if applicable.
Should you need to cancel your session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, our Studio must have 24 hours notice via phone or email. If at least 24 hours notice is not given, a rescheduling fee of $45. may apply
NO refund will be given under any circumstances if you FAIL TO ATTEND the session on the day and at the time listed, or FAIL TO PAY IN FULL for your session on the Day of Your Session, as agreed upon when the booking was made.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Chloe John Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer scheduled and paid for a session and paid for the photo(s) and then Chloe John Photography sent the buyer the photograph(s); it is then considered non-refundable. We Do Not - Under Any circumstances, release digital negatives to our clients. Our editors choose the best, most suitable images to edit, ensuring the quality of our work is represented. Unused photo files are deleted from our hard drives once a Gallery is delivered.
If a buyer chooses to print their images with a non- certified ~ non-professional printing company, or change, enlarge digitally or alter their photos in any way; Chloe John Photography is not responsible for the quality of said image or printed product. Refunds will NOT be given due to a client “not liking a photo”, selecting an inferior printing option, changing the crop ratio of an image, or for any other reason.
A Session re-shoot may be offered at the Photographers Discretion, depending upon the circumstances of the session.
